• Service targets：Foreigners and New immigrants.

服務對象：外籍人士及新住民。

• Services offered：information and guidance on staying/living in Taiwan as well as adaptation. Covered issues include visas, residency, work, learning and culture, taxation, health insurance, transportation, career assistance, health and medical care, safety, parenthood, traffic access, welfare, legal consultation, interpretation services, family support, and other aspects of living.

服務內容：提供有關外來人士在臺生活需求及生活適應方面之諮詢服務，包括簽證、居留、工作、教育文化、稅務、健保、交通、就業服務、醫療衛生、人身安全、子女教養、交通資訊、福利服務、法律資訊、通譯服務、家庭關係及及其他生活訊息等事項。

• Languages available：Chinese, English, Japanese, Vietnamese, Indonesian, Thai and Khmer (Cambodian).

服務語言：國語、英語、日語、越南語、印尼語、泰語及柬埔寨語。

• Serviceable time：

For Chinese, English, and Japanese：24 Hours A Day, 7 Days A Week.

For Vietnamese, Indonesian, Thai, and Cambodian：Mondays to Fridays (excluding national holidays and other breaks) from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

服務時段：

國語、英語、日語為一天24小時、全年無休。

越南語、印尼語、泰國語、柬埔寨語為每週一至週五(不含國定例假日及其他休息日)上午9時至下午5時。

• Service targets：National people, New immigrants and Foreigners in Taiwan.

服務對象：全國人民及在臺之外來人士(含新移民)。

• Services offered：

Provide online counseling, related resources, service referrals and notification services related to gender-based violence such as domestic, sexual and sexual harassment.

All caller information will be kept confidential.

Social workers who answer the phone will take personal safety as their top priority and assess whether to inform the Center for Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault, or ask local police officers to provide assistance.

服務內容：

提供與家庭暴力、性暴力和性騷擾等性別暴力相關的線上諮詢、相關資源、服務轉介和通報服務。

所有來電者的資料都會保密。

接線社工會以人身安全為最優先考量，依通報狀況評估是否通報各地的家暴與性侵害防治中心，或是請當地警政人員提供協助。

• Languages available：The service is mainly provided in Chinese and Taiwanese, but also provide translation services, including Chinese, English, Vietnamese, Thai, Indonesian and Khmer (Cambodian).

服務語言：除國語及台語外，也提供英語、越南語、泰國語、印尼語、柬埔寨語等5種語言的通譯服務。

• Serviceable time：

The 113 hotline is run at a 24/7 basis to provide services all year round and is toll-free regardless whether the call is made from a cell phone, landline or pay phone.

服務時段：

113專線提供一天24小時、全年無休的免費服務，無論是透過手機，市話或是公共電話撥打，都是完全免費。
