Service targets:National people, New immigrants and Foreigners in Taiwan.
服務對象:全國人民及在臺之外來人士(含新移民)。
Provide online counseling, related resources, service referrals and notification services related to gender-based violence such as domestic, sexual and sexual harassment.
All caller information will be kept confidential.
Social workers who answer the phone will take personal safety as their top priority and assess whether to inform the Center for Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault, or ask local police officers to provide assistance.

提供與家庭暴力、性暴力和性騷擾等性別暴力相關的線上諮詢、相關資源、服務轉介和通報服務。
所有來電者的資料都會保密。
接線社工會以人身安全為最優先考量,依通報狀況評估是否通報各地的家暴與性侵害防治中心,或是請當地警政人員提供協助。

Languages available:The service is mainly provided in Chinese and Taiwanese, but also provide translation services, including Chinese, English, Vietnamese, Thai, Indonesian and Khmer (Cambodian).
服務語言:除國語及台語外,也提供英語、越南語、泰國語、印尼語、柬埔寨語等5種語言的通譯服務。
The 113 hotline is run at a 24/7 basis to provide services all year round and is toll-free regardless whether the call is made from a cell phone, landline or pay phone.
